What changed?
The request site has moved to a cleaner HTTPS address. Use the new link below instead of the old No-IP address with port 5000.

When asking for help
Please include enough detail to reproduce the problem. This avoids back-and-forth and helps separate server issues from device or network issues.
- Your Plex username.
- The device and Plex app you are using.
- The movie or show name.
- The exact error message or what you see on screen.
- Whether you are at home or remote.
- Whether the issue happens on one title or everything.
